Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful, location was superb in the old town, just a stone through from a tram stop, rooms were clean, well presented (quite delightful) and comfortable. Great nights sleep, no noise from surrounding rooms, well set up bathroom space with room to place toiletries and also a heated towel rack.

Nice, clean hotel right in the historic part of the city. Easy to reach from the train station and very close to most tourist attractions. Good size room but the bathroom is a bit small. The breakfast was OK and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed in the suite and it was really cute, it offered a large bathroom with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ideal for a romantic getaway.

Everything was outstanding. The location is very central and near all the sites we wanted to visit, maybe slightly far from the station ( 14 minutes walk ) but not a lot to do by the station anyhow! The reception staff were extremely helpful and nice, all our requests were met immediately and the room was big enough for two people and exceptionally clean and organised! I don't think we could have made better choice, given that the price was also very suitable. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is excellently positioned in the Old Town, perfect for walking around, near restaurants, and easy to access by public transport. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Loved the location, very convenient to shopping, food and sightseeing. We had breakfast there for four mornings and loved it. Staff were friendly and printed our eurail train tickets out for us. Would stay here again if we were to return to Bern.
