The room was perfect, bathroom with a bathtub and a shower exceeded my expectations. The SPA are is also perfect; very nice saunas and jacuzzi provide really good opportunity for a nice SPA session.

The staff is amazing, I won’t name each one because they were ALL extraordinarily kind and helpful. The sauna is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The ,atone for check in and the new food in the lobby. There were also more staff at breakfast and this made ordering food much easier. I liked the omelette/egg chef at breakfast, but it was too slow and I couldn't use it :(

Everything was okay, you get what you expect from an accommodation: cleanliness, comfy bed, amenities, spacious room. I had a great view over the city.

Absolutely stunning hotel right on the metro ring and tram stop, so very good for getting around. The hotel staff were lovely, the facilities were great with a self service shop ground level, bar, resturant and all guest have use of the spa, which included a couple saunas, jacuzzi. Also a steam room that was unfortunately out of order. They have a fantastic bar on the 14th floor with incredible views across Berlin. The cocktail I had was also delicious! Well worth a look. My room was great, very spacious with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and all the bits and pieces you'll need. Only bad point. I have no idea why? but my TV kept turning itself on ever couple of hours disturbing my sleep. I though id figured it out after the first night, but it happened the second night too. Very annoying.
