The staff were very attentive and the room was fantastic, along with a very comfortable bed and great facilities. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and upmarket place to stay in Berlin.

Pre visit arrangements were carried out perfectly. The room was spacious, very comfortable and the room services were excellent. Turndown was twice a day and left the room spotless
