At first felt like I stepped back into the 1990’s, rooms a little out dated, but the place has been looked after, rooms are clean, really enjoyed the stay. 1 min walk to bus stop. Christmas markets short walk away. Staff are great, really friendly and welcoming, place is hospitable. The complementary coffee and croissants each morning was a great, really appreciate it.

Great location for visiting the city, just a few steps from the metro and n. 100 bus stop (100 stops at (almost) all the main tourist attractions). Very friendly staff; although I was sceptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised by the croissants and tea/coffee drinks offered for breakfast.

Convient location close by to train and shops. Room was clean and had everything that we needed, very fair check out time and the free pastries in the morning is a nice touch.

Great location, just a few meters away from an U-Bahn stop, KaDeWe, Zoo, etc. Check-in was quick. Room had the basic amenities, and was comfortable for me. All in all, pretty good value for the money. Would be happy to return.

Magical place in the heart of Berlin. Great location (2 minute walk to the metro station Wittenbergplatz), very kind and helpful staff, spacious rooms, very clean. I appreciate that the windows in the rooms are opening, and one can breath a fresh air. I was travelling in November, but the temperature was ok - the heaters in the room are doing great. Fresh croissants and a tasty coffee for the guests in the lobby was a nice surprise. Recommend for city breaks and for business trips.

A good hotel and location, and good value for Berlin. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom, and it was very quiet at night in the hotel. With one exception, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the guy who was working Friday evening when I arrived late after a long, tiring journey.
