The hotel is very nice, clean, and offers daily housekeeping. The bed is extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a restful stay. The area is lively, so you feel safe with people around. The staff is willing to help you! It was my birthday during our stay, and they surprised us with complimentary drinks, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture

The hotel has a very nice modern design and offers several amenities, incl. a gym. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and offered great selection. The staff was polite and efficient. The location was extremely convenient, just outside the Friedrichstrasse U-station.

Well-located in relation to key tourism sites and public transport. Very nice lobby/bar area and drinks tokens provided in lieu of daily cleaning service (optional) was a nice initiative to be more eco-friendly. Helpful staff and large clean room, which was good value for money.
