Good location, within walking distance to the Potsdamer Platz with a large Christmas market, and checkpoint Charlie, as well as underground stations. The hotel was basic but clean and functional, the beds were comfortable and so were the pillows!! Also, if you opted to not have your room cleaned, you got a drinks token to exchange at the bar which was a nice touch. A good little hotel!

Very kind and helpful staff (especially the receptionist Nina); perfect location (ca 25 mins of walk to Brandenburger Tor; 5 mins to S-Bahn,7 or 15 mins to metro). Nice rooms and great breakfasts;-) Very clean.

This hotel was superb. I was travelling with my mum, who has a balcony walking aid. There was a lift at the hotel entrance for disabled people and the hotel reception gave us rooms close to the hotel lifts. Beds were really comfy, rooms were clean and there was tea in the rooms :-). There was a hot breakfast in the hotel, too, which really made my day on the morning of checking out. NH is a pet friendly hotel and my dog was welcomed there with a smile. I really recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I preferred one more towel, but I was too lazy to ask in reception. I really like staying at this hotel. The location is perfect for an event in Tempodrom.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but delicious. The bar was the only small letdown as was closed on our first night due to no staff!! V disapointing

Location is great as it is 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station . Quite a central location to visit Berlin city .
