Apartment Overview

The apartment building is centrally located and close to the Messe Berlin / ICC (1 subway station) and the Olympic Stadium and Waldbühne (4 subway stations) away. Due to the central location and the connection to the subway (U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz) and S-Bahn (S Messe Nord/ICC), the Berlin city center can be reached quickly.
The family-run apartment house has rooms of various sizes. All apartments are equipped with cable TV, sitting area, a small breakfast kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes & kettle) and a private bathroom.

Earlier check in, when it's available. We leave our stuff at the morning in reception, and go to walk around the city, and back when our room was ready.

The apartment was fine. It was okay for the price we paid. Thanks for having us 😊 If you have a quick trip and do not want to pay much for the accommodation, it is a good option.

The contactless entry email for entry on arrival worked well —- the property which was not in a tourist part of Berlin had excellent metro travelling nearby and it had a great supermarket just metres Dow by the street

It's very clean, it's good placement, there's an elevator, the staff was good. Comfortable beds and room, kitchen was also good.

Basic self-catering accommodation with kitchen (fridge, microwave) and comfortable bed in a good location. No frills but had all I needed. Good value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.
