Nice place to stay, quiet and comfy. The lady who showed me the room was lovely and if I had needed anything else I'm sure I would have received it. There was tea and coffee for everyone in the hall. The place was clean and warm. There were extra blankets in the room as well. Quick walk to the U-Bahn and lots of places to eat out nearby.

Located in a nice area with walking distance to central shopping street Kufurstendamm, and some nice local places around for breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

The best thing about these rooms are their location. The building is just off Berlin's main shopping street and is only 10 minutes' walk to the nearest Tram station in Savignyplatz. The rooms are very clean and good for families.

First thing first: the Lady that welcomed us was super-nice, and available to all of our requests/questions. Position good, close to bus stops, metro, train station, easy to be reached. That being said, I humbly believe that nowadays the hotel-related-world is a bit detached to the real-world (the customers). Ok that at the time of booking, I perfectly knew the price, but 100 euros/night is overpriced compared to what it is offered: a bed, a small toilet, hot water for making a tea/nescafé. Ok, there is currently Euro2024 in Germany, this is however an exaggerated price per night. Not only for this structure, but generally speaking.
