Excellent location close to Charlottenburg castle, the U-Bahn station was just next to the hotel. Very clean room. Friendly staff. A lot of information as leaflets and maps of Berlin is available at front desk. The room was very well heated (we visited Berlin in the winter).

My room and especially bathroom were very clean, the location was perfect - walking distance to the Flixbus Station and to Charlottenburg Palace, the subway station was also nearby, some local cafés were near and a good supermarket as well. They also had luggage storage, and it was amazing. My room was also very specious and it faced the the road, but it was not noisy at all.

Great hotel, very nice and helpful staff, beautiful view from the window, comfortable room, large, warm and well equipped. Metro station 2 minutes from the door.

Location was good as it was very close to the tram station. I was able to check in beforehand which was really nice.
