The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the gentlemen during the day time reception is very helpful and accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay there and I would surely stay there again, due to the great location.

I really loved this Hotel. We had a problem with the TV the first night and the man at the reception was so friendly and moved us to another room .The room we had was spacious and great to have a bath also the location was perfect for us .We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Berlin again

For 3 grown men, travelling on a budget, this hotel ticked all the boxes. A good selection of breakfast products, a short walk into Nurnberg Old Town, 10 minute walk from train station. Hotel cleanliness is good, staff very polite.
