Nice clean place located in a really nice and safe neighbourhood, you can easily get to the center and to the airport by S bahn, U bahn or buses. Big comfortable room with a small fridge, a TV, an hairdrier and an electric kettle. We had a room with balcony with a nice view of Ku'damm street. Also it is close to Lidl, Edeka and Rewe. There are a lot of cafes, bars, fast food s and restaurants near. We didn't get the breakfast but they also have this option. Also, they have been cleaning our room daily. During our stay there was no problem with the elevator, it was working just fine even if it s a vintage one (which is nice regarding the whole old but really well-kept building). Being here for the new year's eve, we also found a nice Christmas market near this hotel. We totally recommend this place being a nice option, close to everything in order to get to see Berlin and cheaper than other places near.

The area is excellent, the hotel is in an early 20th-century house. We didn't mind that it was a bit old-fashioned.Everything was clean, the room was spacious and we were given a 3-bedded room for two. The breakfast was good as was the coffee.

The room we got, was hot, but with two open windows it cooled down in the evening. The lady at the reception was super super sweet! Parking for 2 euro per hour from 9:00-14:00 I think it was. Sunday it is for free. The room was a bit dusty. But overall good for just two nights. The bathroom seemed renewed. That was a big plus. The room we got, did not look as nice as on the pictures, but we almost were never in the room, so it was fine for us. Overall for the price, with this amazing location, it was very good! Will come back again. PS: we did not took breakfast, they have an amazing bakery just across the park, fresh croissants, patisseries, much more. They have nice place for smoothies, fruit bowls in the area. I am happy we did not order the break fast.

Good location .it was near three subway or tram stops on a quiet side street.The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was quiet. Wifi had a good signal and was fast. There were a lot of restaurants, cafes and high end shops in the area.

The room and toilet is superb. Clean and comfortable without glaring light and big window for fresh air. hot water also working fine. what strike me the most is how friendly the staff are and we also allowed to keep our bag so we can continue venturing berlin before our flight. highly recommended
