We arrived in the morning - as informed beforehand - and the staff worked to give us an early check in. Everything went well. The breakfast has limited options but everything provided is of great quality.

We arrived by FlixBus and the hotel was close by. Underground and train station nearby. The room had a wow factor when we arrived in it. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very spacious room. Comfortable and well-equipped. Very clean. Beautiful, characterful building with lovely old elevator. Very friendly staff who very kindly allowed us to have a late check-out because we had a late flight home. Great location, practically next door to a Ubahn station that takes you directly into the centre of Berlin.
