Our stay at Hotel Berlin Potsdamer Platz was excellent: friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and well located for discovering fascinating Berlin. Our air-conditioned room had a bath, shower, kettle, and a small fridge. The decor was modern and tasteful. The hotel is very close to Anhalter Bahnhof, a convenient starting point for exploring the city. It's situated in a relatively quiet area (although you won't get away from the sound of building work anywhere in central Berlin, double glazed windows in the room meant this was no problem). There is an Edeka supermarket nearby to stock up on provisions for your explorations. I also highly recommend booking the fabulous buffet breakfast at the hotel, which is one of the best we've had. We are planning to return to Berlin soon and will definitely stay here again.

Great room, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to some important landmarks, such as Checkpoint Charlie.

We were in Berlin for the half marathon, but stayed for 10 days to explore the city. The hotel was a fantastic price and a superb location to see everything we wanted to, very easily. The staff were friendly, the hotel clean and comfortable, and the locals were friendly too.

This is my third stay at this hotel, as expected brilliant service and great facilities. I was a bit worried as it's no longer crown Plaza, but the service and facilities haven't changed I love the wellness area with the gym, sauna, and steam room. I always make the most of these facilities. The staff were polite,professional, and very helpful. The location is great, closed to all amenities. I'm looking forward to visiting again next year.

Very comfortable and large enough room for 3 people. Very clean with comfortable beds. Fitness room was clean and practical. Great location with several U-Bahn stations nearby.
