The hotel was very clean and staff were very attentive. The rooms were a good size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Bathroom was well laid out with a good size bath and the shower had strong water pressure. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Berlin, the location was fantastic. Very close to shops, restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk to the train station.

The room was very clean and good size for the price. Nice bar down stairs and the staff were very friendly one in particular gave us good recommendations.

I liked the room, the bathroom, and the complimentary details like toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, shaving foam, hair comb❤️ The room was cleaned every day, even at the weekend 🙌 The ladies at the reception were very helpful, thank you 😊 Very good location of the hotel.

Good breakfast buffet choice. Great location for Christmas market, Ka de We department store and zoo. Undrground station next door plus train station at the zoo very close. The underground routes and connections first class for visiting the top sites. Getting a 24 hour ticket good value. Some good places to eat nearby plus top shopping near.

Friendly staff and very easy check in process. We were early but no issue to leave our cases at reception while we went to explore the city.
