Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms cleaned to an excellent standard and the breakfast is very good, there is something for every taste.would definitely stay again and will definitely look for this hotel chain in other cities

Excellent hotel, staff were great and rooms warm clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of things to choose and decent coffee! Very central location was great for access to whole city and didn't find it too noisy at all! Very much enjoyed it and would definitely go back!

It was close to transport, and no stress at all getting around from here. The check-in process was excellent and handled by a lovely staff on the 5th of May. They were attentive to my request for a higher floor. Breakfast was good; however, a smaller variety compared to the other 2 hotels we stayed at in Germany.

Excellent location with direct access to Trams and Underground to major attractions, Supermarkets, 2 stops away from Central station. Kenny at front desk was very helpful, showing us directions, public transport guidance etc. Spacious quad room for family one of the biggest rooms we have got on the EU trip. Breakfast was excellent and even with high volume customers food was refilled and no wait times.

brilliant breakfast - so much variety spacious hotel with lovely entrance loved the sauna so easy to access location very convenient close to central station and other transport -subway and tram etc very comfortable beds and pleasant quiet room with space to feel at home close to other amenities - nice restaurants and a supermarket right next door! thanks
