We were upgraded to a suite and it was a lovely space. Really nice room, great bed, lovely balcony and a great bathroom.

We had a two bedroom apartment. It was large clean and had an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for three friends to stay. Apartment cleaned daily with fresh towels The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful providing guidance on our day trips out. The hotel is situated near to the tube so the whole city is easy to access. The area were the hotel is felt very safe. We did also walk into the city sometimes which took about 15mins There are a couple of restaurants near to hotel. There is a cafe around the corner which is lovely for a bite to eat and a coffee. We all loved everything about our stay at this perfect place. Excellent value for money.

Staff were very helpful and the receptionist was very kind. They gave me a free upgrade to one of their junior suit's which was very spacious and nicely designed. I would definitely choose to stay here again, they deliver good quality even though it's a budget hotel.

Brilliant staff, especially the housekeepers! Breakfast was nice however could do with a toaster and maybe a way to keep hot food hotter! Nice selection of things though. It’s location is in a quieter area but still very near attractions and transport links.
