The apartments are partially cleaned every 3 nights and fully cleaned every 6 nights. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels can be arranged at an additional cost.Reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.Please note that dogs are only allowed upon request and at an additional cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Great location. Central to all the sights. We did most walking and subway for the rest. Train to the airport 12 mins walk from accomadation . Volkswagen iconic exhibition just around the corner. Free to walk around.

The location is excellent, a short walk from Friedrichstrasse station, so well connected for the airport as well as local transport. But many of the central Berlin sights are within walking distance, so it is very easy to get around the city with this as a base. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well, so getting provisions for breakfast is easy. Our room was on the top floor, with extra height and the light was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly too.

The location is excellent. It is close to the underground and shopping malls. Many historic sites and museums are in walking distance or by buses close by. Take bus 100 to all the important tourist places. The staff are polite and very helpful

My husband and I stayed here when we visited Berlin to do the half marathon. The location was perfect for the race. The room we stayed in on the 4th floor was really spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. Aldi is really close by. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.

It's a nice mini hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms. I was a bit misled by the photos into thinking our room had a kitchenette, which it didn't. However, there was a kettle, a nespresso machine, and a microwave. Would have been handy to have a stove, but we managed. Overall, it's a nice place to stay - very centrally located, with easy access to S-bahn, U-bahn, trams and buses. The museum island is within walking distance. The staff are very polite and ready to help.

great location - close to Friedrichstraße transport hub, 2 subway stations within a 10 min walking distance. landmarks and shops nearby. quiet neighbourhood and hotel, clean room, small but equipped kitchen for basic cooking.
