The location is excellent, located in the central part, and it is really close to the tram station. There are lots of famous attractions nearby. The room is cozy and clean.

The facilities were nice and modern. The room was furnished well. The window overlooking the street was nice. The area was relatively quiet except for the trams holding on the street below the hotel. however, with a sound machine, there was no issue sleeping. The actual hotel room and location is good - sadly the poor communications and broken promises undermine the nice product the company has.

The room was small but had everything we needed - the shower was excellent and there were plenty of plug sockets. The room faced towards the TV Tower so was very quiet - there were busy tram tracks outside the hotel but we heard no tram noise at all. The breakfast was excellent - really set you up for the day. Staff were great, especially the gentleman running the breakfast room. Loved the Honesty Bar in the foyer! There were lots of large self service, keycoded lockers in the foyer where you could leave your luggage after you had checked out. The hotel location was GREAT - literally 5 minutes' walk from the bars of Hackescher Markt and the S Bahn station there.

Amazing location. Like winning the lottery! We will be back to this hotel. Easy Check in, okay breakfast. Close to the metro, close to Alexander Platz, close to shopping - everything was on point.

The breakfast had a great variety of bread and fruits, and the staff on site is very nice. We had to call twice to the central hotline, and they were super helpful. The location is 5 min from a central train station, very good.
