Well located hotel for transport, many of the sights and dining/leisure options. Quiet hotel too and it was full when we were there. Breakfast options were good too. Weirdly no way to toast bread, but maybe that’s a British preference! Sadly our bathroom shower drain was incredibly smelly. The lifts were predominantly out of order or sporadic on what floors they stopped at. Not great if you have luggage, can’t manage the stairs or are in a rush.

Location was exceptional, 20 mins walk to Museum Island, Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie etc. Also 5 mins walk to Friedrichstrasse U-bahn & S-bahn which was so convenient when travelling further afield in the city. My room wasn't ready upon arrival but staff were able to upgrade me to a room with a balcony. This was hugely appreciated after a long day!
