The decoration, the quality of the food, the amazing staff (special shout out to the super attentive staff at breakfast), the maison margiela bathroom towels and bath robes!

The location is good. Our room is reasonably comfortable. The bathroom lighting is too dim (can't see things clearly), bath towels are too thin. It would be nice to have a bit more surface to use and put our toiletries on it. The curtains of the room is a bit short, so you get the lights in the early morning from below the curtains, which wakes you up.

The location was wonderful. The mattress was comfortable for those whose back has some problems. The interior of lobby, restaurant and bar was also good.

The hotel is very glamorous, beautiful interior design. Our room was small, but we booked the smallest room in the hotel, so we knew what we were getting. The bed was extremely comfortable, with good quality linen. The shower was excellent as well as all the lotions, shampoo, soap, etc. The towels were top of the range.
