The place, the neighborhoods and the river next to it was a chef kiss…a special mention to Salam at the reception who was very helpful and very thoughtful…definitely will rebook again if i will ever be in Berlin again. A Home away from home.

The area is really quiet and clean. It is close to the S-bahn and other public means of transport. The room is large and everything was cleaned every morning.

I love the little details like the coffee in the room, the access to the sauna, the coffee station if you leave in the early morning, the extras you can order for your room, etc. These things make the stay very cozy. Also everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great location. The hotel was really nice. We didn't have much cause to interact too much with the staff other than check in and out. We had breakfast at a nearby cafe instead, just because we wanted to get out and about and try different places. The room was comfortable - although it was a little warm in the night. Spacious enough for two of us over a three night stay. Would happily stay here again.

We were expecting a two-floor room but received two connected rooms instead. We were initially a bit disappointed; however, after a while, we really appreciated this arrangement as we had much more space, two bathrooms, etc. There was a coffee machine in each room with coffee beans, and also glasses of drinking water, which was really unexpected and heart-warming. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in our lives - a really excellent variety of dishes, and everything was tasty. The location of the hotel was also great. Unfortunately, our visit was in late October, so the weather was not sunny enough for walks along the riverbank. The train station (S-Bahn) was about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The location is great. The cleaning is quick and they try to do it within minutes when you’re out of the room for breakfast. I would just suggest to look under the beds when clients are checking out. We found an unpleasant surprise when checking if we didn’t forget things. Good breakfast, with a great selection of food and coffee/teas. The view from the windows is very beautiful. Great restaurant working until late hours.

The hotel was located within a 5 minute walk to an S Bahn station which was 3 stops from the city centre so very convenient for sightseeing. Our room was on the 6th floor and we had a dual aspect corner (river) view which meant we could watch the New Year fireworks in comfort (and safety - If you don't believe me, just Google it!!). The staff were all very helpful, especially at 5am when we needed some assistance.

Great location, excellent breakfast and friendly personnel. There is a car parking and a gym. S bahn very close, but it is also possible to walk to the Hbt and city center. You can also rent a bike!
