The location was in a fantastic spot with a 10 minute walk to city centre, great amenities, and tram very close by. Lots of options for food close by as well.

The location is probably the best in Berlin. There is so much to see within walking distance. The metro station is just around the corner, another one 5 min walk, plus a number of tram lines nearby. Lots of restaurants, takeaways, bakerys, cafés and pubs within a five minute walk. The apartment itself is compact, but comfortable and everything in good shape. Convenient parking in the basement.

The 2 bedroom XL apartment was definitely not XL, however the apt was absolutely perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 teens for a 3 night city break in Berlin. The apartment was on the 7th floor (apt 704) and we had a balcony off the main bedroom with amazing city views. The living room had windows on 2 sides and also had great views. Despite all the glass, the apartment was very warm and quiet. The bathroom was well equipped with a big bath & plenty of hot water. The kitchenette was compact but we didn’t use it other than for cereal/tea/coffee. The apartment was self check in which was very simple. I saw no staff other than the handyman who helped me unlock our safe, this was sorted as soon as I rang the number at reception. The property is modern and feels pretty chic. I would 100% recommended this to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, safe, modern apartment to stay in Berlin. Also it is 20m from Rosa Luxembourg U bahn station!
