We were there for a week at the beginning of November. The location is excellent—nestled in a quiet, peaceful area yet conveniently close to everything you need. It's within walking distance of UC Berkeley, approximately a 25-minute walk, and just 20 minutes from a shopping area. Plus, it's surrounded by a variety of restaurants, offering easy access to dining options nearby.

Close to the main area of restaurants. You can walk there. Parking included, but not many spots available.
