Love the attention the staff given on my booking. I asked for a quiet room on a higher floor with a view preferably and I got that. Given that I had been travelling and arrived super early in the morning, I appreciate that the room was ready for me to check-in earlier so thank you for that. Receptionists were super lovely and helpful, room is good size and clean, Bed is comfortable. The lobby is cute, lots of choices for breakfast. Location is a bit of distance away from the central so it is nice to be away from the major crowds but you still have shops around.

Very good location for explore Bergen town by walking, Breakfast have so many variety of foods and service is good. Special thank for front desk staff ( Ann ) for helping us about missing baggages by airline, we are so impressed by her patient and willing to help us to get through this case.

Stayed at the hotel several times including before it was modernised. Standards have always remained excellent from the breakfasts to the rooms and staff customer service.
