We like everything! The staff are very attentive and kind, always willing to help, super professional and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and have modern decor. The breakfast is wonderful, delicious, with a variety of everything. A hotel with a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed for 10 days and will definitely be back.

Given upgraded room. Hotel very kindly and promptly responded to our request for a view when we made the booking. Reasonably spacious bathroom. Location superb; close to main tourist area but on a quiet street. Breakfast choice was outstanding. Bed really comfortable.

City center location a 5min walk from the tramway, pleasant lobby and general seating area to chill out with a coffee. Good breakfast, but slightly cramped when the hotel is full. Comfy Bed and modern bathroom.

Very good location, close to the centre of Bergen and transport to the airport. Room was a good size, although like most similar Norwegian hotels, lacking storage for clothes. Very good selection for breakfast buffet.

A beautiful room with a fantastic view over Bergen and across to the Fjord. Perfect location and easy walking distance to/from the city airport tram and the Hurtigruten terminal. A lovely buffet breakfast to keep you going through the day.
