The whole experience was amazing, the service was impeccable from all 5 staff members we spoke to. We were simply treated like royalty by the 3 reception staff we were greeted by each on a different accasion, perfect in every way possible.

The location is close to the shopping and restaurants streets from Bergamo. Also, close to airport bus station and funicular that goes to Old city. The staff was nice, provided clear instructions. The beds were very comfortable and the room with bathroom had a modern look which we appreciate.

We loved everything here. The hotel is located at a perfect spot in Bergamo: close to upper town's funicilar station. The bus stop is at front of the hotel: you can get to the train station or at the airport quick and easy. Check-in smooth. Room size is perfect. Room is spotlessly clean. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is rich and tasty.

Well located for the city centre and the old town. The bus for the airport stops opposite the hotel. The room was comfy and clean with a little terrace balcony but the view was of the inner courtyard and not attractive. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, greatly appreciate extending my stay for one extra day due to work commitments with no problems. Very good breakfast.

Perfect location between the new and old city. Private patio was great. Included breakfast in the hotel next door was really good, lots of choice. Room was really nice. Staff were helpful and responsive. Easy check in with staffed desk in hotel
