1. The staff were very attentive and helpful 2. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old town 3. Comfortable bed 5. Lovely view from the window 6. Check-in is "contactless" although instructions provided are very clear.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Rivola in Bergamo! The location is perfect, the room was the biggest we’ve ever stayed in, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. Despite staying only one night, we felt so comfortable and would highly recommend this beautiful place.
