Very friendly and professional staff, we were made to feel welcome right from the start and through our stay. The rooms where nice, of good quality and clean and the location convenient, just 5-10mins away from the beginning/end of the main throughfare of Bergamo alto. The breakfast buffet was very nice too.

Staff was very helpful, they arranged our breakfast at 6 in the morning ,because we were in a hurry for the airplane. Great location, very pretty and super decorated rooms. Amazing view, it really exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely great and lovely! The restaurant nearby has to be seen, food was very, very tasty!!

Lovely fresh breakfast every morning, table service by very polite staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a suite with a HUGE bed, highly recommended. Daily maid service, very clean throughout the hotel.
