The staff are very welcoming. The location is perfect on piazza Vecchia. The rooms are very clean, many with a view of the hills , very good bedding. A relaxed lounge to meet friends ( we were 10) and very good breakfast with flowing coffee and tea, etc. Also a very good restaurant. There is luggage storage too.

We arrived and were meet by the friendly staff and shown to our room which was very comfortable we used the restaurant on 2 occasions the head waiter was one of the friendliest person and very helpful his team were also very friendly and food was exceptional breakfast was also excellent we enjoyed everything about the hotel and location well done everyone

The Hotel is in an excellent location in the Citta Alta of Bergamo. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely & the restaurant is very good for meals.

The rooms are simple but not cramped and very clean and warm. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Although the hotel is in the centre of town it was quiet; we had a room looking onto the courtyard and it was very quiet.

Stayed here before. Its right in the middle of Cita Alta, but not particularly noisy. Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast really nice.
