This Hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us as we did not expect the hotel to have such modern and comfortable facilities in the old town of Bergamo, we did not want to stay in lower Bergamo, as a consequence we were prepared to forgo some comforts in order to stay in the Upper Town, the Gombit accomodation we decided on was above our expectations, modern, comfortable amazing size room and fantastic staff. We in fact have to say that this hotel was the best one we used during this four week travel through North of Italy and Paris.

We loved our stay at this hotel - the decor, the style of the hotel & the wonderful, helpful staff. Breakfast was a fabulous choice of fresh items, including fruit, cereals, freshly baked croissants & rolls, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses. The location in the heart of the old town of Bergamo could not be more perfect.

The location is tops!!! Cleanness, amenities & service excellent. Breakfast was adequate. Everything in the room felt brand new and was carefully designed to function well. The room was small/basic - but I could have paid for a better/bigger room, so that's on me.
