The apartment is located in a wonderful area of the old Bergamo. We loved the spirit and the history of this charming apartment. The owner came immediately when we had to leave our luggage. He is very polite and with wonderful sence of humour.

The check in was excellent with a little video message and the studio was exactly as advertised on Booking. The location was in a quiet side street in the historic old town. It was very peaceful and everything could be reached easily on foot. The little kitchenette was useful as there are a few speciality shops around. The apartment was also very clean.

Great location, safe entrance behind locked gate. Interesting bed arrangement: kids were happy. Thick walls give nice cool feeling when outside is 32°C.

The hosts had an issue with the original property we booked, on the day we were arriving! They offered us an alternative that we didn't really want (down towards Citta Bassa), and when we said so, they immediately offered an upgraded property in the heart of Citta Alta - just as we required. That is GREAT customer service.
