The location of the apartment is very good and is walking distance to the centre. We flew in from the UK, and although the check-in is only until 17:30, the owner allowed us to be flexible. We were delayed as well, and he still allowed us to check in a bit later. The apartment has WiFi and a smart TV, which was good, and there were leaflets with tourist information left as well. The communication from the owner was excellent from when I booked until we arrived. I used google Translate to message, and it worked well. If I were to go back, I would book to stay here again.

WE LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF BERGAMO ITS FANTASTIC XXX WE HAVE VISITED 4 TIMES NOW AND NEVER TIRE OF ITS FANTASTIC ATMOSSPHERE AND FRIENDLY LOCALS ALSO THIS ACCOMODATION IS VERY COMFORTABLE VERY LOVELY COMFY BEDS VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENT PRIVATE KITCHEN BATHROOM AND VERY VERY CLEAN WE REALLY LOVED STAYING HERE ITS BRILL ALSO A LARGE PAM SUPERMARKET JUST A 5 MIN WALK AWAY FOR ALL YOUR ESSENTIAL SHOPPING HAD A FANTASTIC TIME BRILL WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY BRILL VALUE FOR MONEY XXXX GIVE IT A DEFINITE GO YOU WILL LOVE IT XXX BRILL LOCATION IN A LOVELY NEIGHBOURHOOD XXXX PLUS VERY NICE FRIENDLY HOST AT START AND BRILLIANT HOUSEKEEPER AT THE END VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING XXXX
