+ Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. + Comfortable bed, we slept really well. + They have very convenient luggage space which allows you to store your suitcases and enjoy Bergamo after checkout. + An option for a late checkout at 13:00. It was exactly what we needed that day. + Great location - near the train station and the bus stop to the airport. + The breakfast area looked very nice but we didn't try their breakfasts. We had a brunch in the cafe that is linked to this hotel. It was delicious.

I have stayed in this hotel already 3 times and was overall satisfied, already left a positive review previously. But on my latest stay I got disappointed with one thing that needs to be fixed. I am describing it below in the section of what I didn't like.

The hotel is extremely clean. The young girl who cleaned the rooms did a wonderful job. The room was comfortable and big enough. The bathroom was great, very comfortable and spacious. The staff is always helpful and kind. The location is perfect for exploring the city - close to the center in the new town and to the bus stop that takes you to the upper town. The hotel is next to the train station, from where you can go to Milan or other nearby cities, it is very convenient. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, on the main street. Since we are in the central part of the city, the nearest large grocery store is 600 meters away, you can only get there directly along the central boulevard (Carrefour Market - Supermarket, Via G. Tiraboschi, 53). There is a very good cafe-restaurant in the hotel building, which offers pastries and meals.

Excellent , friendly, clean, had everything we eanted.. across the road from the station, trains run so frequently. Has breakfast facilities or a cafe next door for evening meal, about 20 minute walk to old part of town, few minutes to the Christmas markets and street food. Would stay again if we were in Bergamo again
