Very clean ,modern decor , in the main shopping street but very quiet still , comfortable beds, this is the second time I’ve stayed there very convenient.

It’s close to the centre of Bergamo where you can do to different shops and cafes nearby. There’s also no reception which allows you to just check in with no hassle.

The accommodation is located right in the city center. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, with a new coffee capsule and tea provided daily. A bottle of mineral water was also complimentary every day after the cleaning.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the city center on a charming pedestrian street, which made it easy to explore the main attractions. Check-in was smooth, and we had no issues accessing our room. Although there’s no on-site parking, there are several parking options within a 5-10 minute walk, so it worked out well for us.

Edit 11/11/2024: After almost two months after the reservation's original date, I finally managed to get a full refund from the company. It was not as fast as it should have been, but at the end they pulled through. It's very unfortunate this issue happened since the hotel is very nice and well located, and definetly one of my favorite ones in Bergamo. Hope this issue never happens again.

The room was excellent and the property was in a superb location right in the heart of the main shops and restaurants etc. would highly recommend.
