Everything was exactly as described and the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The view from the hotel is gorgeous and it is only 5-6 minutes walk from Berchtesgaden train station. Spa is small but cozy and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is perfectly placed for both the old town and the walks and public transport. It has been upgraded recently and is even better than our last stay a couple of years ago. Excellent friendly helpful staff. And the view from our room was wonderful - see photo.

Everything was great! The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We love the breakfast as well as the location. The sauna was great too!

Besides of the main room, there is a small room afflicted for our kid. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, not only with the high quality of food but also with view from the dining room windows. It was such amazing to look the snow covered mountains while eating.
