Convenient location about 20 minutes slow walk from the old town, free parking space directly in front of the building. Shared terrace and fridge, balcony for exclusive use, the nearest shop belongs to the owners and is located directly below the apartments. You can find few small restaurants nearby, more are located in the old town. The rooms on the estate side are relatively quiet, it is possible to order breakfast.

The room was great with a lovely balcony with mountain view. It was a little out of town and took around 20 min walk into the centre, but the walk is nice with views of the mountains and river. There is a mini market next door run by the same people and a fridge on the landing that you can use if needed.

The room was clean and comfy. The sheets smell great! Bathroom was also clean. And the owner of the property she was very friendly and helpful. We would choose it again and again

The hosts of Villa Oasis were amazing. So lovely and welcoming, they made sure we had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, even slippers. The villa was located just outside of town, which was easy for parking and provided a good walk to Berat. The room is above a minimarket, also very convenient for some small supplies we needed, and since it was run by the same couple, they were very happy to help. The most amazing was the breakfast. Fully homemade with local delicacies like cakes and pastries, served with fresh honey and cheese. You cannot beat this room for value. It was amazing and my kids and family loved it to bits. I would recommend it to everyone and thank the very kind hostess for this lovely experience!

The accommodation is really nice and comfy. Breakfast is soooooo good and the owner is the sweetest person in the world. She will take good care of you. On our last day we had to leave very early and she kindly packed some breakfast to take away with us. A great place to stay while in Berat. Thanks for everything!!
