Perfect place for one night.There is a parking place.The man and his mother were so kind.Very clean and comfortable bed.The breakfast was homemade.I definitely recommend this place!

I booked really last minute but the hosts were so helpful and friendly , quick communication , carried my bag up the stairs, made us lovely breakfast and had my car parked in the gated drive ! Location is good as it’s a 20 minute walk to the city centre so nice and quiet ! Thanks for the lovely stay , I’d definitely come back here

Very fine hosts, comunication in english great. A spacious vila on the outskirts of Berat with nice private grounds. Very comfortable comunal seating area inside (on photo) as well as a terace on which breakfast is served. A quiet area of Berat. Fine, secure parking within the premises. A luxuriosly spacious bathroom. The rooms are exctly as pictured, very honest.

Very beautiful villa with comfortable beds, AC, huge bathroom, a view from the room's balcony. Complete traditional Albanian home-made breakfast which is really tasty. The owner is super friendly and helpful. I would go back here if I ever visit Berat again.

Vila Nea is perfect! Our hosts were kind, friendly and extremely hospitable. We were running late to arrive and it wasn’t an issue, and we were running late in the morning and they insisted on serving us the most delicious breakfast. The beds and linen are the most luxurious we’ve stayed in, and rival those of 5 star resorts. The bathroom is bigger than most hotel rooms! The secure parking was right out front, and they watched our car while we explored the town. The promenade is a short walk away. We considered returning to Berat on our way back to Tirana so that we could stay again. Vila Nea is an excellent place to stay!

Amazing stay at true family home! Really comfortable bed and delicious breakfast! Incredibly kind people, we will for sure come back! Location is perfect if you want to stay a little more quiet with walking distance to the centre.
