Great location, friendly owners, cosy room. Excellent breakfast. Very good breakfast / dining terrace with a good view. Extremely comfortable beds ! WCats and chickens.

One of the most incredible places to stay. We even could stay in the best room with city view. Owner is super friendly and passionate and we totally understand!! Also the breakfast was one of the best we had!

Fabulous location in the centre of Berat with spectacular views from beautiful rooftop terrace. Super clean rooms and whole hotel authentically restored. Alexander was a helpful host with tips to view Berat and the surrounding Canyon and waterfall.

This is one of the most outstanding properties we have stayed at . It was beautifully presented , the owners are lovely and quite rightly proud of their Villa Hotel . They are 5th generation custodians of this land and have spent much time and effort to turn this unique location into a such a warm and welcoming place for travellers . We will never forget the warm hospitality we received.

Stunning views, great location for the castle and town, very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff and great home made breakfasts.
