The hotel was really nice with a beautiful view . The room were pretty big and clean and breakfast was good too. The bathroom door handle came off but they fixed it the next day

I absolutely loved this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond in every way. The hotel is new and ideally located. I would also highly recommend their restaurant, which offers great food at fair prices. Additionally, there was free parking available right in front of the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Great parking right in front of hotel. The hotel is tidy and clean. Family room with balcony spacious and quite luxurious. Magnificient view over Berat. When you step outside hotel you can walk to Berat Castle in 15 minutes and do the loop around the Castle, enjoying all the viewpoints. Berat Centre and Gorica also within 10 minute walking distance. Food options are great. We highly recommend this hotel.

Thanks to the warm and friendly staff. Modern hotel, quietly located at the foot of the castle mountain, small but very nice and well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and a large balcony with a postcard view, varied and plentiful breakfast. There is parking right outside the door. We also tried the restaurant in the evening. It was very tasty and the prices were good! We recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit Berat

Loved the hotel. Wonderful place to stay. All the staff are so kind and helpful. The view from the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was included, and it was very nice The hotel is clean, fresh, and newly decorated, so it looks amazing inside and out WiFi throughout, so kids were happy. Each room had a well kitted and clean ensuite bathroom The location is in the beautiful medieval part of the city opp mosque, which makes it a great location. Didn't need to use my hire car at all to get around Would definitely come to stay here again.

It was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat. The personnel was very welcoming, breakfast was great and they also offered us free parking. We will come back.
