We booked 2 rooms since we are a family of 5. Both rooms were really big, the beds were very comfortable. Yes, the bathrooms are a bit old with some joints needing to be done, but you won't find a more central position with an amazing view on the mosquee. The staff is simply wonderful, so kind and will help you for basically anything (thanks so much for helping me manoeuver my car and letting us stay parked there a few hours before leaving Berat!). Breakfast was freshly made by the cook and served by the plate on table, everything was on point. We 100% recommend this place.

People were friendly and the service was excellent. Everyone was willing to help and assist during a 2 day stay, despite them not speaking english. We rented a car on the second day for 30 EUR from them without too much hassle, which was very clean and in good condition, so we could see the sounding nature and canyon. The breakfast was very good, especially in regards to the price. Overall, a nice experience.

Lovely hotel, well located in the city center, close to the castle, river and local bus station. Very friendly hosts, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Fabulous location right in the center, by the old mosque and cathedral, right by a bus stop, and around the corner from many restaurants and the fabulous Hanna Bakery. The hotel has old world charm, and I loved the restaurant terrace with the spectacular view.. It's a family business and they were all very helpful and eager to please.
