Spacious room with a large comfortable bed with 4 really big pillows, the authentic decoration. The service offered by the staff really deserves a star. As we spent the night before in a hotel with insufficient heating, the heating of this hotel exceeded all the expectations. The breakfast was good with - as often - in Albania good coffee.

My second stay here in 2 weeks. Brought a friend the second time. I love this gorgeous charming hotel with 5-star service, excellent breakfast, cozy charming bar. Location is perfect at the foot of the climb to the castle and steps to 2 historic neighborhoods and the new part of town full of restaurants. Love this place so much!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great situation for visiting the castle and the town, yet quiet at night. Parking the car was dealt efficiently by the staff - made it very easy.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Berat. The staff are so kind, attentive, friendly and helpful providing suggestions of where to explore and eateries. 10/10 service and the breakfast was delicious in the terrace with stunning views. We had an absolutely beautiful room in the old part of the hotel and a really comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. Would recommend to family/friends. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable
