Great location - in a house at thr 1000 windows side of Berat. The staff were kind and polite, they helped us with parking and prepared a good breakfast. The room was cozy, we loved the stay.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city’s historic architecture. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were always ready with a smile, eager to assist with anything we needed, and even provided great recommendations for exploring Berat. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served each morning. Fresh, local ingredients, a variety of options, and a cozy setting made it the perfect way to start the day. The location is unbeatable – within walking distance of Berat’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, the Castle, and some fantastic restaurants and cafés. Warm welcome with a very nice surprise for Valentine Day : wine and fruits in our bedroom when we arrived ! Very nice breakfast in the dining room, with a superb view on the city ! Bedroom ultraclean, bathroom also ! Very nice decoration, authentic! Staff very helpfull and nice@

The room! Ours was with the balcony! We love people watching from our balcony and drinking coffee! As the hotel is like a house, it gives us a very cosy vibe and we love it!

This stay at the hotel was made by the friendliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular a young girl who seemed to work from morning until night, always cheerful, helpful and hard working. We were also grateful to the young lad who carried our cases up to our room. The room was lovely, very tastefully designed a good size, clean and well equipped, with a good sized bathroom and shower.. It had a good view from the balcony over the river and across to the old houses on the other side. The hotel was well situated down , part of the old town, with parking outside on the street.
