Japanese style bedroom was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Staff were friendly and will to help. Private outdoor onsen is a must for this hotel. Thus, the view from the onsen is splendid. Hence, the hotel is great for both family and couple.

View was amazing! Room could be a bit cleaner. Onsen was great The food for dinner each night was superb...we loved it Service was great too! Breakfast was great too! the complimentary beverage in the lobby was great!

The rooms were very spacious and the ryokan mattresses were quite comfortable. The view across the bay was very good. The traditional breakfast was enjoyable with a great variety of small dishes. Although a fair walk from the station, it was actually well situated for restaurants and bus stops.

So much Food and so much varietie. Breakfast and dinner was beautiful. Would recommend taking the dinner and breakfast combo. If you dont know what you are eating just ask the staff they will explain it to you.

Enjoyed the indoor public hot bath very much. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff was helpful to call taxi for us to Jigoku Meguri. Easy to get from Beppu Station to hotel and vice versa. Catching the beautiful sunrise from balcony of room overlooking the sea.

The room set-up and the overall stay were wonderful. We highly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the bath in the room, with a view to the sea. The bathwater was extremely hot for us, but cold water could be added in with a tap on the side, to adjust the overall temperature. We also appreciated the availability of a cold water machine in the room. The dinner and breakfast service was provided in small rooms on one of the floors, giving us privacy while eating. We highly enjoyed everything. The hotel was also within walkable distance from the JR station where we took the train upon leaving (around 12mins walk) so it was very convenient for us.

Can see the sea view when having onsen. Provide all the thing we needed and clean. Breakfast is good. Dinner is nice. Walking distance have some mall for us to shop and take photo when night. Overall for me is good stay, will back again next time.
