Hotel is like a work of art, you can get lost in it. The experience from check in to check out was amazing staff is speaking English which is a huge plus if you have any questions. Room was huge with big balcony which had an amazing view of Beppu. I did book private onsen which was amazing experience. They did think of all the small details.

Staff service Quiz for tour around the hotel. Concern the privacy in meal time, provide enough spacing and time to enjoy meals in restaurant.

The room was very comfortable and the in room onsen was very nice! The room was very clean and has very nice modern design. The view from the hotel room was very lovely and I loved waking up early and looking out.

The artistic concept and design of this hotel is exceptional. A rare gem among all hotel choices in Japan. The rooms are spacious and the private Onsen inside the rooms are the prefect finishing touch.

Wow, this is an art piece of a Hotel. Something totally unique. Everything about this hotel is 10 out of 10. Having your own Onsen in your room is just perfect. It was cold and rainy on our visit to Beppu, the onsen was used over and over, it was just beautiful. The rooms are well set up and the view is incredible. If you want something unique this is the Hotel for you. Just pure luxury.

Before you even enter the hotel, the staff is already standing outside waiting for your arrival. Hence you can tell the service was top notch. Everywhere in the hotel was picturesque as well. There’s a private onsen in each room so you don’t have to worry if you have tattoos like me. It’s located at a rather secluded area of Beppu. Hence a good place to relax and enjoy the view from your balcony
