Suginoi is an iconic spot in Beppu. It was our 3rd time to visit there. We wanted to check out Sora Kan, which was a new addition. Sorayu was alright. Modern but nothing fancy. Tanayu was spectacular as I could look over the Beppuwan(Beppu Bay) from the infinity spa. It's a large-scale resort so I was not expecting the high-end services in the first place. With that said, staff was very attentive and caring although it was a peak season, packed with a crowd of tourists.

Good thing that for the r price I paid for the hotel, it comes with free breakfast and dinner which is quite comprehensive in terms of food offering

Onsens are wonderful and very big, I can see the full view of Beppu. Breakfast and dinner are great with many choices.

Nestled in a mountain area, beautiful view of Beppu from Onsen area. Love the Onsen. Room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner spread had a wide variety and the drinks selection was excellent. Love the variety of sake Convenient with the free hotel shuttle to and from Beppu station

It is a big hotel with several blocks of residence, various facilities such as bowling, table tennis, onsen, etc. The food hall is a big one and provides a great variety of foods. The room is also large and makes us feel very comfortable.

Fantastic pool AQUABEAT/AQUA GARDEN for kids to play and exciting water slide. Nice and comfortable room & facility.
