Reception very professional with good English. Room comfortable although only 12M2. Very good value. Close to Beppu Station. Good restaurants nearby.

This is very near to beppu station. the staff there is also very welcoming and helpful. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. It is value for money

Very near to the JR Beppu Station. The room is clean and fully equipped with all necessities. The laundry facility is good because it comes with soap and dryer.

The English proficiency of the staff, particularly Edwin, and their kindness when our luggage was lost by the luggage forwarding company was very appreciated as we were stressed and frustrated. Staff were all very knowledgable about the area. Hotel facilities were clean and neat. Ver effective use of the small size of the room and ample storage space provided as well. The onsen kits provided by the hotel on request were convenient and enhanced our experience of Beppu. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I especially enjoyed the yuzu ponzu provided as an addition to the miso soup.

The location is great, very very near to JR station and bus station too.The staff are friendly and helpful.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Refreshing drinks was offered at lobby with free coffee, which is very heart warming. Though the room is small, the layout is quite good. The luggage rack helps alot.

We were placed on the second floor, near the lift and the facilities like washing machine, vending machine and microwave were like 10 steps away. Feel pretty much like in own home!

Nice people across the hotel, very nice breakfast! (Not so western) but i mean, how can you reject a breakfast that includes Yakitori😂. Hotel is in a very nice spot, near the station and centre
