They have all the benefits that you would expect from an APA hotel. Breakfast was delicous there. Location is just a few steps from Beppu train station.

This was my first time staying in an APA Hotel and i have to say I was impressed, even after staying in another one the next day. The staff was exceptional, kind, helpful and accommodating. Especially the lady that handled our check out and helped us with our luggage forwarding to the next hotel went above and beyond. The location was amazing, 3-4 minutes away from the Beppu station while carrying heavy luggage. A short walk away the area was full of restaurants but the hotel's position was totally calm and quiet. The room and bathroom were adequately roomy but not big by any means. The smoking room inside the hotel was very convenient in the cold windy weather and with great ventilation.

Very short walk away from the train station, as well as a nearby onsen. The counter also sells onsen packs with towel and soap for a fuss-free experience.

APA is a reliable hotel chain all across Japan. I have stayed at many APA hotels and im never dissappointed. They have washing mashines and many ammenities. The staff is kind. The rooms are small but it is to be expected. I trust APA. I recommend APA.
