The property is nice with a nice swimming pool and lovely staff. It’s atypical to other hotels I have been to (outside Sri Lanka) as you’d be surrounded by trees and wild life. There will be a lot of mosquitoes and other insects, so please take with you some lotions/itching cremes. For dinner we went to nearby restaurants as it’s a lovely area; you can walk around and wander.

This is the second time we have stayed in this villa in Bentota. The hospitable hostess (the owner), the beautiful villas for living, the pool, the staff ready to help - everything is fine.

Lovely Oasis. The nicest accommodation we stayed in. Beautiful big room with amazing bathroom. Nice size pool in pretty garden and very helpful staff.

The location, although next to a road, is lush and picturesque once inside the gates. A fantastic, clean pool surrounded by palms and gardens was lovely to enjoy. Our 3 bedroom villa was well equipped, we didn't use the kitchen apart from the fridge. Beds were very comfortable, and everything very clean, with air-conditioning, fans, and mosquito nets throughout. Breakfast was tasty, and plentiful. Great value for money and a short walk to the beach and good cafes/ restaurants. The standout experience for us was the friendliness and attentiveness from the owner and all her staff. From day 1 throughout, they were amazing. 100 out of 10 for our new friends at Kurumba Villa, we will definitely come again. Thank you.

The villas had a tranquil relaxing vibe. The pool and garden were really lovely. We loved how each villa was quite separate and they had wide verandas for drinks etc. Lots of nice restaurants close by. We enjoyed The Vintage which is walking distance. Great beach close by too.

A fabulous little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the main Street. Beautiful villa, especially the bathroom! Lush tropical garden. Great pool. Staff can’t do enough for you. We loved the beaches in Bentota and the restaurants by the train tracks. A great bakers opposite the villa. We’ll be back💛💛

Absolutely loved this place - we actually arrived in the rain and you enter the property down a short side road. The villas/chalets are behind two big gates so at first we wondered where we had arrived until….. the gates were opened - it was truly like walking into paradise. The grounds are stunningly beautiful with an amazing pool as a centre point. All villas are detached with a great deal of attention to detail . The staff (including the gardener who would bring us king coconuts in the morning which were delicious) were absolutely wonderful . Nothing was too much trouble. Bentota itself was also a revelation with railway track side, beachside and riverside restaurants - quite diverse -spoilt for choice although our favourite restaurant by far was Peer 88 which was about a 5/10 mins walk from the villas. Cannot recommend these villas highly enough. You really don’t need to look anywhere else . 5* treatment from everyone. Thanks guys 🤩

The villas are very good and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The pools is clean. One of the villas that we used had three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a kitchen in the villa that one can use. We have visited also a fish restaurant on 15-minutes walk from the villas - NOVA SEAFOOD RESTAURANT.
