The sandos suites are spectacular..The staff are beyond helpful. They're friendly and informative, nothing is too much trouble. Needed extra pillow due to shoulder replacement, within 19 mins they were at the door. Tv needed tuning again 10 mins and we have maintenance fixing it. I never understood im looking at previous reviews how people were returning there over and over again. On meeting people there for 9th or 10th year with their grandchildren I completely understood why. Its the staff, the restaurant is amazing. The quality of food is 10 out of 10.. The restaurant manager denis and all the staff in the restaurant are so so helpful 😀 reception staff are brilliant. Anything you need or want they go a over and beyond to help you.

I have stayed here a few times now about 15 minutes walk to the beach hotel is very clean staff really friendly lovely rooms and comfy beds our room was cleaned every day. A lovely touch with leaving a bottle of cava and some cold drinks in the fridge on our arrival.The entertainment was good.

The pool area had plenty of space and the food at the pool bar as well as the drinks were really good. Staff were friendly and the evening entertainment was a nice extra. A big plus was being able to enjoy the all-inclusive until departure on the last day.

The property was lovely and clean and all the staff were very helpful and polite. There was a lot to do and the food for an all inclusive was very tasty and plentiful.
