Lovely hotel. Great location for exploring the local area. Very close to the old town and beach. Every member of staff we met was very friendly and extremely helpful. My son had a massage and used the spa facilities, which were great. The massage was reasonably priced, compared to a lot of hotels. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a booking for the escape room, as we were only there a few days, but it was a great addition to the hotel. We were only B&B but the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice and always more than enough delicious food. The rooms were spacious with a great shower and cleaned daily (loved the fact that they provided shampoo and conditioner). We visited in January, so didn't use the pool, but the pool area was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Benidorm.

All meals were great, with plenty of choice. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel well positioned. Short walk to the beach and old town. Car parking available and is convenient and reasonably priced.

The hotel is very good. Very friendly staff. We really liked the restaurant with a large variety of delicious food. Had a great time in the games room - table tennis, billiards.

Upgraded to All inc. on arrival. Service was great, good food, proper alcohol, with loads of choice in both areas. Staff amazing, couldn’t do enough for you
